TERMS/CONDITIONS
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases of the Marketplace Offerings. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in United States dollars. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.

You agree that the intellectual property and contents of the purchase will only be utilized by you and you alone.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

REFUNDS POLICY All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

CHARGEBACKS
In the event a chargeback is attempted with your financial institution, you are expressly agreeing to pay the full cost of the original purchase, plus any fees or associated costs incurred by Therapist Site Toolbox. Therapist Site Toolbox has the right to present these Terms to your financial institution, any payment processing company, and/or investigating agency concerning the attempted chargeback or financial dispute.

PAYMENT PLANS If you fail to make payments as outlined in your chosen payment plan or voluntarily decide to withdraw from the Program, Products or Services at any time or for any reason whatsoever, you will still remain fully responsible for the full cost of the Programs, Products and/or Services. You may not manually cancel or suspend your subscription payments without written consent of the Company. The Company reserves the right to report non-payment to credit reporting agencies and/or send your account to a collection agency for collection. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorney’s fees and costs, on any outstanding balance.
