TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing Roadmap to Revenue, you agree to a minimum membership commitment of five (5) months. You acknowledge that all payments, including those made via a payment plan, are binding, and you are responsible for the full financial commitment of the program. No early cancellations or refunds will be granted.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. All payments shall be made in United States dollars. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases, including any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.
By joining Roadmap to Revenue, you acknowledge that all program content, resources, and intellectual property are for your personal use only. You agree not to share, distribute, resell, or duplicate any materials, including but not limited to course content, templates, guides, workbooks, and digital assets, in any form.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This includes the right to limit or prohibit purchases that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of Roadmap to Revenue, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. No exceptions will be made, including for early cancellation requests or failure to participate in the program.
CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
By purchasing Roadmap to Revenue, you expressly agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through your financial institution. If a chargeback is attempted, you agree to pay the full cost of the original purchase, plus any fees or associated costs incurred by Therapist Site Toolbox. We reserve the right to present these Terms to your financial institution, payment processor, or any investigating agency concerning an attempted chargeback or financial dispute.
PAYMENT PLANS & DEFAULT POLICY
If you select a payment plan, you are legally bound to complete all payments as agreed. Failure to complete payments does not exempt you from financial responsibility. If you voluntarily withdraw from Roadmap to Revenue or fail to make payments:
You will remain responsible for the full program cost and must complete all payments outlined in your plan.
You may not manually cancel or suspend payments without written consent from the Company.
The Company reserves the right to report non-payment to credit bureaus and/or send unpaid accounts to a collection agency.
You agree to pay all collection costs, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, processing fees, and administrative fees associated with recovering unpaid balances.
PROGRAM ACCESS AND TERMS
By purchasing Roadmap to Revenue, you acknowledge:
No early cancellations or refunds—your commitment is for a minimum of five (5) months.
You are purchasing a digital and educational program, and your results depend on your participation and implementation. No guarantees of earnings, success, or specific outcomes are provided.
All materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed in any form.
You will have access to the program materials for the duration of your active membership. Should you cancel after five months, access will be revoked at the end of your billing cycle.
FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By purchasing Roadmap to Revenue or any Therapist Site Toolbox product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that all payments are final, that there is a five-month minimum membership commitment for Roadmap to Revenue, and that no refunds or early cancellations will be granted.
