1. Order Acceptance and Cancellation.

You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms, all products and services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products or services to you. We may choose not to accept any orders in our sole discretion. After having received your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered.

2. Prices and Payment Terms.

(a) All prices posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for the product or service you purchase will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes.

(b) Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.

(c) All prices are in USD.

(d) Payments will be automatically deducted from the client’s account each month. By registering for the Blog Template Membership, clients are authorizing Therapist Site Toolbox to automatically debit or charge the credit or debit card the client provided when the client registered for this Membership.

(e) Therapist Site Toolbox will automatically charge the client's debit or credit card until the subscription is cancelled.

(f) If you fail to make payments as outlined in your chosen payment plan, our payment processor, Stripe, will attempt to retry charging your payment method over a series of days. Failure to make the payment after these rebills will result in you losing access to the membership.

3. Membership Term.

The Blog Template Membership is a monthly membership and the client may cancel their membership anytime by following the instructions within the membership or contacting hello@therapistsitetoolbox.com.

4. Returns and Refunds.

Due to the digital nature of our products, they cannot be returned and are therefore, non-refundable. Please email hello@therapistsitetoolbox.com if you have any questions about our products before purchasing.

5. Chargebacks

In the event a chargeback is attempted with your financial institution, you are expressly agreeing to pay the full cost of the original purchase, plus any fees or associated costs incurred by Therapist Site Toolbox. Therapist Site Toolbox has the right to present these Terms to your financial institution, any payment processing company, and/or investigating agency concerning the attempted chargeback or financial dispute.

6. Copyright Agreement.

Our designs and templates are copyrighted Therapist Site Toolbox.

Therapist Site Toolbox owns the property rights to all copywriting and designs included in the membership. You are prohibited from sharing the templates or any design elements we provide with additional users. You are prohibited from reselling the templates, including any design assets, or claiming the template as your own.

7. Usage.

You agree that the intellectual property and contents of the purchase will only be utilized by you and you alone.

8. Intellectual Property Use and Ownership.

You acknowledge and agree that:

(a) Each product and service marketed on this Site is made available solely for license, not sale, to you and other prospective customers under the terms, conditions, and restrictions of the license agreement posted with/made available to you through a link accompanying the display or description of that specific product or service.

(b) You will comply with all terms and conditions of the specific license agreement for any product or service you obtain through this Site, including, but not limited to, all confidentiality obligations and restrictions on resale, use, reverse engineering, copying, making, modifying, improving, sublicensing and transfer of those licensed products and services. You will not cause, induce or permit others' noncompliance with the terms and conditions of any of these product and service license agreements.

(c) Therapist Site Toolbox is and will remain the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights in and to each product and service made available on this Site and any related specifications, instructions, documentation or other materials, including, but not limited to, all related copyrights, patents, and trademarks and other intellectual property rights, subject only to the limited license granted under the product's or service's license agreement. You do not and will not have or acquire any ownership of these intellectual property rights in or to the products or services made available through this Site, or of any intellectual property rights relating to those products or services.

9. Privacy.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Our Privacy Policy governs the processing of all personal data collected from you in connection with your purchase of products or services through the Site.
